These terms govern access to and use of the AllyGate.io platform by visitors, guests and hosts.
Purpose
AllyGate.io is a marketplace connecting hosts who offer accommodation for rent with guests. The platform provides the publishing, search, booking and messaging tools.
Account and registration
Creating an account requires a valid email address and acceptance of these terms. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Acceptable use
Users undertake not to misuse the platform (fraud, illegal content, bypassing payments, harming others). Any breach may result in account suspension.
Content and intellectual property
Hosts remain responsible for the content they publish (descriptions, photos) and warrant that they hold the rights to it. The AllyGate.io brand, design and code remain the property of the operator.
Liability
AllyGate.io acts as a technical intermediary. The rental contract is formed between the host and the guest. To be specified by a lawyer depending on the jurisdiction.
Suspension and termination
Users may close their account at any time from their settings. The operator may suspend an account in case of a breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
To be completed by a lawyer: governing law, competent jurisdiction and mediation, adapted to the FR / Indian Ocean / East Africa markets.
